As a litigation and Collaborative Practice attorney, Elyse represents individuals in matters involving divorce, custody, child support, paternity, legitimation, adoption, prenuptial agreements and modification or enforcement of court orders. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Fulton Bar Association and the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia. She is a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Elyse lectures on family law matters and attends family law and Collaborative Practice conferences throughout the country and abroad. As part of her regular caseload, Elyse volunteers her time representing indigent clients, she serves as a guardian ad litem to protect the interests of children who are involved in contested custody matters, and she also enjoys volunteering her time in civic activities.
